The Gender - Balance Approach\u00a9 (GBA) aims to uplift the common individual on the concepts of neutrality, egalitarianism, and aesthetically balancing the integration of genders in our society. It is a paradigm that uses the 3Cs model to accomplish cognitive and behavioural change to empower individuals and collectives to embrace gender differences through greater awareness and knowledge.

The implementation and experience of the Gender Balance Approach over time, creates Gender Wisdom within individuals and the collective. This helps to promote a higher sense of belonging and self-evaluation through embarking on self-analysis, inner qualities and accepting the differences through a holistic approach.
